Our Empty Bedroom Add-on is designed for vacant spaces—perfect for move-in/move-out handovers, end-of-tenancy cleans, or post-renovation refreshes. Because the room is free of furniture, our team focuses entirely on deep-cleaning the core structure, fixtures, and surfaces from top to bottom. This service must be attached to a basic cleaning package.
What’s Included:
- Deep Wall & Baseboard Cleaning: Wiping down baseboards, skirting boards, and removing reachable dust or cobwebs from walls and corners.
- Window & Frame Detail: Interior window cleaning, wiping down window sills, tracks, and frames to remove accumulated dust.
- Built-in Cupboard Care: Thorough wiping, dusting, and sanitising of the inside and outside of all built-in wardrobes, closets, and shelves.
- Fixture & Switch Sanitisation: Detailed cleaning and polishing of light switches, plug outlets, door handles, and light fixtures.
- Deep Floor Restoration: Complete edge-to-edge vacuuming of carpets or a thorough sweeping and damp-mopping of hard floors, ensuring no dust is left in the corners.
Important Guidelines:
- Room Status: The bedroom must be completely empty of all furniture, personal items, and trash prior to our team’s arrival.
- Booking Requirement: This is an add-on service and must be booked alongside a Basic Service package. Please adjust the quantity at checkout if you have multiple empty bedrooms that require cleaning.
